What changed in Colle
Every release that changes what you can do, newest first. Follow along with the RSS feed.
Hand work to a person, or to a whole space
Send work to a named colleague and only the two of you see it. Send it to a space and every member except you is notified; the first to accept takes it on. Open spaces can be read by the whole company, closed spaces only by their members. Administrators now invite people by email, and the free trial lasts 7 days.
“Open in Claude” or “Open in ChatGPT”
Each person chooses Claude or ChatGPT in the Colle Chrome extension, and the notification’s button opens the handoff in that assistant.
Pilot open: Colle works with Claude and ChatGPT
The product has its name, Colle, and its site. Teams that already work with Claude or ChatGPT can join the pilot with a work email; the Chrome extension also shows handoffs that arrived while the browser was closed.
Several recipients at once, and search by file description
“Send to Rachel and Tom, contract review by the 20th” now reaches both in one handoff (up to five people). Search finds files by their description, and “the last Telia invoice” sorts newest first.
Instant notifications in Chrome and on your phone
When someone hands you work, you now hear about it at once: a pop-up from the Colle Chrome extension, or a browser or phone notification without the extension. A file attached in the chat now goes straight to your colleague with the handoff.
Files travel with the handoff
Attach a contract, a brief or a spreadsheet to a handoff and your assistant uploads the original through a secure upload link. Files of up to 25 MB stay in the case with the summary and the facts, so the next person never has to ask where the file is.
See Colle work in 15 minutes.
We'll run it live with your own example — a client handover, a contract, a bug report or anything else.
