## What counts as an active person

You pay for the people who work with handoffs that month, not for everyone who could. An active person sent, accepted or completed a handoff, or used Colle tools in their assistant.

- **Mark sends a handoff** (pays): Mark tells Claude “send this to James”. Sending makes Mark an active person this month.

- **James accepts and finishes it** (pays): James accepts the handoff, asks his assistant “what did I get?” and marks it done. James is active too.

- **Anna only gets a notification** (doesn't pay): Anna is in the Finance space. Work sent to the space notifies her, a colleague picks it up, and Anna does nothing else that month. Anna costs nothing.

People who never signed in cost nothing either.

## What you pay separately

- Each person keeps their own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Colle connects the assistants your team already pays for.

- Sending handoffs from ChatGPT needs a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise plan.

## Trial, billing and cancelling

- The trial lasts 7 days, with every feature and no credit card.

- When the trial ends, you choose whether to continue. Until a card is added, the account stays read-only: nothing is deleted.

- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid period.

- If a payment is more than 7 days late, the account becomes read-only until the invoice is paid.

- Email support answers within 1 business day.

### Do we pay for Claude or ChatGPT separately?

Yes. Everyone uses their own assistant subscription; Colle connects them. Sending through ChatGPT requires a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise plan.

### Where is our data stored?

In an EU data centre (Frankfurt). An admin can export or delete company data at any time.

7 days with every feature, no credit card. When it ends, you decide whether to continue; until you add a card, the account stays read-only.
